Franklin Rejects Tax Increment Financing for New Ballpark

The Franklin (WI) Common Council voted 6-0 Tuesday to reject a plan to provide $10.5 million in tax increment financing for a new ballpark for an indy pro Frontier League franchise, but city officials once again left open the possibility of the plan resurfacing.  Read more here.
