Biloxi Hires Event Planner for New Ballpark

The city of Biloxi (MS) has hired Cliff Kirkland to plan non-baseball events at the new MGM Park, the new ballpark under construction for the Double-A Biloxi Shuckers (Southern League).  Under the terms of the contract with the Shuckers and the Beau Rivage, the city is allowed to hold 10 events in the stadium each year.  Kirkland is currently director of the Main Street Association in Biloxi.  Read more and watch news report here.
