Bradner Stadium Getting a Makeover

Bradner Stadium in Olean (NY), about 70 miles south of Buffalo, is undergoing renovations in preparation for the 2014 season, when the summer collegiate Olean Oilers (New York Collegiate Baseball League) will take up residence there.  The team currently plays at St. Bonaventure’s Fred Handler Park.  Read more here.  Bradner used to host minor league ball in the 1930s-1960s.  According to a photo

Pastore Joins Nomads Ownership Group

Eric Pastore from DigitalBallparks.com is listed as a member of the Nomads Baseball Club‘s 12-person ownership group.  The team was expected to begin play next season in the new Pecos League that is developing out of the Continental Baseball League rubble, but this may not be the case because of travel concerns.
