A new pedestrian pathway expected to improve access to recently opened Southwest University Park was supposed to be completed by the end of spring, but the $6.5 million project has been delayed. Martin Bartlett, spokesman for the City of El Paso, pointed to the summer of 2015 for completion of the project. Read more watch news report here.
Joe Mock from BaseballParks.com had very positive words to say about Southwest University Park, the new home of the Triple-A El Paso Chihuahuas (Pacific Coast League), when he spoke with El Paso Inc. from the press box.
