No Bids for Parcels Available for Development Around SB Cubs Ballpark

South Bend Cubs Primary LogoSome prime city-owned parcels around South Winds Field, home of the South Bend Cubs (Single-A, Midwest League), were put up for sale Thursday, but no offers were received.  Nonetheless, city officials remain hopeful of making something big happen around the ballpark, similar to development in Fort Wayne.  Read more here.

Municipalities Using Suites to Woo Business
