Some Fayetteville (NC) leaders would like to copy a few pages from Durham’s (NC) playbook when it comes to downtown revitalization, including building a new ballpark. The Durham (NC) City Council has renewed its agreement with the Triple-A Durham Bulls (International League) to lease and operate Durham Bulls Athletic Park, also known as the DBAP. The agreement with the Bulls extends until 2033, with two additional five-year options for renewal. Read more here.
