Ballpark Design-Build Team Challenging Qualifications of Competing Group

The Wichita (KS) City Council hasn’t officially approved a design-build team for the city’s new $75 million, Triple-A Minor League ballpark, but there’s already been a protest over the recommended group.  There were three groups that bid on the project — a team that includes DLR Group, another that includes Populous, and a third that includes HKS Architects.  Read more here.

Gophers Pick Design Firm for New Digs

The University of Minnesota announced on Friday that DLR Group has been selected as the designer for the new ballpark for the Golden Gophers baseball team.  The university also kicked off a grassroots fundraising campaign for the project called Siebert Field-The Final Pitch.  Read more here.

Ballpark Design Firms Sues Ramapo LDC

Study Identifies Six Ballpark Sites

The Six potential sites for a new ballpark for the Single-A Boise Hawks (Northwest League) have been identified by DLR Group in a 24-page site analysis commissioned by the Better Boise Coalition.  The study is expected to be released on Tuesday.  Read more here.

Study, Renderings Unveiled for New Boise Hawks Ballpark
