Cutters Director of Smiles Included in 2016 Topps Card Release

PRESS RELEASE – Williamsport Crosscutters Director of Smiles, Rhashan West-Bey, will have his own Topps baseball card this season. The card, which will contain a piece of his game worn polo shirt, is part of the Fabrics of the Farm insert set in Topps 2016 Pro Debut Baseball.
