River Bandits to Add ‘Drop and Twist’ Ride to Modern Woodmen Campus
Wanting to create a park inside a park, Dave Heller, the owner of the Single-A Quad Cities River Bandits (Midwest League), has bought a new ride called a Drop and Twist to compliment the merry-go-round and Ferris wheel at Modern Woodmen Park.
