Price Tag of Reconfigered, Non-Sky Sox Stadium Soars

The new “Colorado Sports and Events Center” is very different from initial plans for a new downtown home for the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox (Pacific Coast League).  It’s much more expensive ($92.7 million vs. $60.5 million) and is designed to accommodate sports other than baseball.  Read more here.
