Negotiating Lease Details in Clovis
The developing Pecos League is negotiating with the City of Clovis (NM) to bring the Clovis Pioneers to Mike Harris Field for the 2011 season. The requested lease terms are pretty standard, but we question the viability of placing a team in a town of 30,000 playing at an American Legion-style field, even with the added bleachers league chief Andrew Dunn is requesting to get the capacity to 1,000.
