Renovations Coming to LumberKings’ Ballpark
Ashford University Field will be getting a face lift for the 2018 season as the Clinton LumberKings have teamed up with the Clinton County Development Association, the City of Clinton (IA), and the Friends of Riverview Stadium to make changes to the 81 year old ballpark. Read more here.

Ashford University Buys Ballpark Naming Rights
Ashford University has purchased the naming rights to Alliant Energy Field (formerly Riverview Stadium), home of the Single-A Clinton Lumberkings (Midwest League). Pending approval from the city, the stadium will be renamed Ashford University Field on Oct. 1. In 2002, Alliant Energy reportedly paid $450,000 to name the ballpark for 10 years. Read more here.
