Local, Disadvantaged Contractors Scoring in Fayetteville

Post Ballpark Groundbreaking, Fayetteville Works to Finalize Surrounding Development Contract

Durham-based Prince Charles Holdings is spending $65 million in private investment in the area surrounding Fayetteville’s developing baseball stadium.  The city’s baseball committee met Wednesday evening in closed session for more than an hour to discuss the second phase of agreements with the investment group.  Read more and view rendering here.
