Outcalt Out as CEO?

A rumor was reported back on March 9 that Kevin Outcalt had resigned as CEO of the indy pro North American League.  We never verified it, but the NAL’s website now lists Brian MacInnis as the league’s “new” president.  View NAL staff page here.
