The Double-A Bowie Baysox (Eastern League) hosted the inaugural 1K Beer Run at Prince George’s Stadium before Saturday night’s game against the Altoona Curve. Each participant received a 12 oz. beer (to chug-a-lug while running) for each of the three laps completed around the warning track circling the field. Read more here.
