Wichita City Council Adds Ballpark Village to Master Plan

Ballpark Village Apartments Will Offer Ballpark Views

Come 2020, there will be a whole new way of viewing a St. Louis Cardinals game from One Cardinal Way.  A 29-story apartment building with 297 units overlooking Busch Stadium is currently under construction at Ballpark Village.  Fans can check out what one of the apartments will look like by visiting the showroom apartment leasing center on opening day today.  Read more and watch news report here.

Phase 2 of Ballpark Village Ramping Up with $65M Hotel

Cardinals Announce AT&T as Rooftop Deck Naming Sponsor

37-Story Residential Tower Approved for San Diego’s Ballpark Village

Giant LED Signs Almost Ready for Installation at Ballpark Village

Topping Off Event Will Mark Milestone for Ballpark Village Project

Ballpark Village Plan Goes Before State Board

The latest Ballpark Village plan put forth by the St. Louis Cardinals will face state scrutiny next week when the $89-million project goes before the Missouri Development Finance Board.  The Cards are hoping the board will approve its share of the $17 million in state and local tax incentives requested for Phase I of the project.  Read more here.
