At the request of the parent Los Angeles Dodgers, the Triple-A Albuquerque Isotopes (Pacific Coast League) have installed a humidor at Isotopes Park in which to store the team’s baseballs. As El Paso takes steps to bring Triple-A baseball to downtown, ABC-7 compares the terms of the city’s proposed stadium deal with ballpark agreements in Albuquerque (NM) and Reno (NV). The Triple-A Albuquerque Isotopes (Pacific Coast League) pay out a whopping $1.6 to $2 million each year to their host city, but El Paso Deputy City Manger Bill Studer doesn’t believe that’s feasible for El Paso.
