Reno Aces Ballpark Gets New Name, Logo Unveiled

PRESS RELEASE – SK Baseball, LLC and Reno Soccer Investors, LLC, in conjunction with Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU), announced Thursday a multi-year partnership and naming-rights agreement for the home venue of the Reno Aces Baseball Club and Reno 1868 Football Club to be known as Greater Nevada Field, effective immediately.

$1.2M in Upgrades Coming to Aces Ballpark, Name Options Unveiled for Soccer Team

Washoe County, Aces Ballpark Owners Still Haggling Over Deliquent Tax Bill

The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office is actively negotiating a settlement with the owners of the Aces Ballpark to repay nearly $1.7 million in back property taxes, five months after the ballpark owners missed a deadline to make good on their lapsed tax bill.  Read more here.

Reno Council Approves Ballpark Refinancing Deal, Ball Now in Washoe County’s Court

The Reno (NV) City Council on Wednesday vote 5-2 to approve a $30 million reworked deal to refinance Aces Ballpark, home of the Triple-A Reno Aces (Pacific Coast League).  The subsidy must still be approved by the Washoe County Commission, which has so far balked at the proposal.  Read more here.
