The Paterson (NJ) City Council recently approved the use of $1.1 million in federal housing funds for the 75-unit senior citizen building being done in conjunction with the reconstruction of Hinchliffe Stadium. The council also gave final approval to a 30-year tax break for the Hinchliffe development.
