The New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) announced on Thursday morning that it would be adding a franchise for the second straight year. The Bristol Blues will apparently replace the New Bedford Bay Sox to keep the league’s lineup at 13 teams. The Bay Sox logo no longer appears in the header of the NECBL’s website. Read more here.
