The Potomac Nationals’ (Single-A, Carolina League) still face a few hurdles before their proposed $35 million stadium can be built in Fredericksburg (VA), including getting City Council to make changes to the city’s comprehensive land-use plan, approve realignment of the right of way in Celebrate Virginia South, and grant a special-use permit for the stadium.
