Construction on the new ballpark for the Las Vegas 51s (Triple-A, Pacific Coast League) is officially underway. A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site in Summerlin (NV) on Friday to mark a new era for the franchise that has played its games at now-outdated Cashman Field since it opened in 1983.
