Chattanooga Development, Ballpark Study Released

A new plan suggests the 400 acres south of Interstate 24 along and around Broad Street could join in Chattanooga’s (TN) central city renaissance with the addition of new sports facilities, parks and zoning rules to allow new types of urban housing and retail development.  Read more and view rendering here.  View study here.

  1. It is beyond my comprehension why AT&T Field has to be replaced. The stadium was christened in 2000, so it is less than 20 years old. What’s wrong with it?
