The Lowell Spinners (Single-A, New York-Penn League) on Sunday will not only let dogs into LeLacheur Park for “Bark in the Park” night, but the first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a unique 20-card set of Doggy Baseball Cards featuring local pooches.
