Pecos League Takes Over Sam Lynn Ballpark

bakersfield-train-robbersThe Bakersfield Train Robbers (Independent Professional, Pecos League) have set up shop at Sam Lynn Ballpark in Bakersfield (CA).  The team replaces the former Bakersfield Blaze (Single-A, California League), which departed for the Carolina League.  Read more and view photo here.

    I hope there are not any major problems at a baseball game in Bakersfield.

    Well, at least their Web site tells people that coming to their games is a “major problem.” Admire the honesty.
