Amid heated debate last night, Green Bay (WI) City Council approved two of three major development term sheets, including one to build a multi-use downtown outdoor stadium on the western edge of the Fox River that would host the Green Bay Bullfrogs (Summer Collegiate, Northwoods League). According to the article, the city would kick in $8 million up front for the project. The Bullfrogs would pitch in $1 million and repay $4.5 million through a 20-year lease.
