PRESS RELEASE – he Lehigh Valley Food Truck Festival – an on-field event featuring 15-20 local food trucks with a wide variety of choices for attendees, as well as dozens of craft beer selections, live music and other fun activities – makes its debut on Sat., May 14 with an afternoon and evening session at Coca-Cola Park.
The festival, which is the first of its kind at Coca-Cola Park and in the Lehigh Valley, features all of the members of the Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Alliance and provides attendees with a wide-variety of mouth-watering food options to purchase.
Purchase your adult tickets by Monday, Feb. 29 and receive a commemorative Lehigh Valley Food Truck festival t-shirt. Adult and child attendees also receive a free $5 food voucher to be redeemed at any food truck location during the festival. Please note that child tickets do not include the commemorative t-shirt. Lehigh Valley Food Truck Festival tickets are on sale now starting at $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. There are two sessions to choose from (Session One: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.; Session Two: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.) but attendees must be 21 or older to attend the evening session. VIP tickets are $20 for adults and allow one-hour early entry to either session (11 a.m. for Session 1; 4 p.m. for Session 2).
There are a limited number of tickets that will be sold for each session. Fans interested in purchasing tickets are highly encouraged to do so in advance and as soon as possible to ensure admission to your session of choice.
The Lehigh Valley Food Truck Festival will include 15-20 participating food trucks from the Greater Lehigh Valley Mobile Food Alliance, including to date (alphabetical order):

Many family activities are scheduled for the afternoon session (Session One), including inflatable games, unlimited access to the Red Robin Kids Zone along with appearances by the IronPigs mascots. All family activities are included with the price of admission. The festival also includes performances by Tim Harakal from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. as well as Colour Sound from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Kyle Baker from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Coca-Cola Park will offer a perfect backdrop for this on-field festival as the ballpark was named Ballpark Digest’s “Ballpark of the Year” during the IronPigs’ debut season in 2008 and has since drawn unparalleled marks for its unique intimacy, family-friendly atmosphere and architectural design.

Attendees are reminded that there are three entry points for parking and are encouraged to use the Dauphin Street entrance when traveling from downtown Allentown. In addition to the Dauphin Street entrance, entry to Coca-Cola Park can be gained off American Parkway and Union Boulevard. Preferred/Handicapped Parking access is available via American Parkway only.
