“Our fans have asked us to make our website more mobile-friendly so it’s easier for them to follow the team updates, buy tickets etc.,” noted Shawn Reilly, Rockland Boulders Executive Vice President and General Manager. “Presently, over 15% of Boulders tickets are purchased online each season. With our new design, that number is expected to increase as this new site incorporates the latest technology to give our fans an easier and more enjoyable experience from their mobile devices when following the Boulders.”
As consumers of online content have swung to mobile over desktop, the Boulders opted to meet that trend with a mobile-first focus for their fans; ensuring that fans can easily purchase tickets, map directions and get updates, all on mobile devices throughout their busy day.
To celebrate the new mobile-friendly site experience, fans can go to RocklandBoulders.com on their mobile device to get 50% off tickets to Opening Day 2016 when the Boulders host the Sussex County Miners at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 19th. This online-only promotion ends this Friday at midnight, January 15th 2016. The sale of individual game tickets will resume on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 10 am.
Fans can also purchase 2016 Season Tickets at a discounted rate up until January 20th. Outfield Box seats are on sale for just $375 per seat with Infield Box seats selling for $425 a seat. Season Ticket Holder benefits include the “No Ticket Goes Unused” Policy and a return trip to Cooperstown of the 2016 Cooperstown Can-Am Classic. After January 20th, prices will increase by $75 each.
