All About the Trumpet Guy

New Jersey Jackals LogoScott Freier is not on the New Jersey Jackals (Indy Pro, Can-Am League) roster, but he does play for the team. In fact, Mr. Freier, 46, an insurance adjuster from Bloomfield (NJ), may be the best-known person at the minor league team’s games, if only by his nickname: the Trumpet Guy.  Read more here.  Thanks to John Cerone for the link.

    Great guy, I had a chance to talk to him during the summer. Fans of indy baseball in NJ need more fans like him.
