Fayette County (PA) Explores Feasibility of Minor League Ballpark

    Either a market is big enough or it isn’t if it isn’t the market will get studied to death . Iow let’s see if we ( a municipality) can find an investor to put up the $$$ for a PK that we aren’t willing to do
