PRESS RELEASE – Wine Country Baseball in Lodi, California announced today they have begun the search for a team nickname for the 2016 season.
The team will be participating as a collegiate wooden bat baseball club in Lodi and will play at Tony Zupo Field. The team has joined the Great West League and will begin play next June.
We are looking to choose our team name from the following: RAISINS, GRAPES, ZINFANDALS, VINES, CRUSH and MERLOTS. In addition, if you have a name you think will fit our club in the GWL please feel free to let us know.
