If the aa can’t get a team in Regina or Saskatoon then IMO edm n cal won’t work . As for the tx teams wanting to play each other the travel in the aa has got to be a bear

Edmonton is willing to join the AA as a lone Western Canadian franchise for at least a year or two until teams around them begin to surface like Calgary, Saskatoon, Fort McMurray. Edmonton has to be the linchpin to get the ball rolling out in Western Canada just like Quebec City was in Eastern Canada which now has teams in Trois Rivieres and Ottawa. It sounds like the City of Edmonton won’t give the Edmonton Capitals ownership group (Edmonton Oilers OEG) a 5-10 year lease to make a go of it. Once that happens it could be all systems a go.
