The Sussex County Miners (Indy Pro, Can-Am League) opened their inaugural home stand on Monday night in front of a crowd of 3,819 at Skylands Stadium. Good luck to the new team. Hope they draw crowds like that on most nights. I look forward to going to the park this year when Ottawa visits. I remember when their skipper, Hal Lanier, managed the Astros in the 1980s.
