Inaugural Curdfest, Baseball Mural Coming to Witter Field

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters LogoThe City of Wisconsin Rapids Finance and Property Committee granted approval for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters (Summer Collegiate, Northwoods League) to hold its first Wisconsin Cheese Curdfest at Witter Field on Aug. 2.  In other news, the Rafters will soon install an 8-foot-by-20-foot mural depicting the history of baseball in the community.  Read more here.
