Chair Collapses, Gold Sox Fan Sues

Marysville Gold Sox Logo72-year-old Sylvia Lethridge, a longtime fan of the Marysville Gold Sox (Summer Collegiate, Horizon Summer Series), is suing the team and city of Marysville (CA) after a seat at the ballpark collapsed, injuring her shoulder.  She filed a damage claim with the city last year, but it was rejected.  Read more here.
