The Sussex County Miners (Indy Pro, Can-Am League) won’t be the only team taking up residence at Skylands Stadium this season. A football team called the Sussex Stags (Semi-Pro, Empire Football League), Formerly the New Jersey Stags when they played at then-Skylands Park from 2010-11, will be back playing this summer after a four-year hiatus.
