DiBella Committed to Richmond, Calls Ballpark ‘Dilapidated’

  1. Well, maybe they are better off just staying there and renovating the stadium. I actually think that where they are is much more convenient and more accessible. I don’t think there would be enough room in Shock-Bottom.
    Just my opinion.
