Prospect League Looks to Expand, Become Top Three

Prospect League LogoProspect League commissioner Bryan Wickline said the circuit is exploring new markets and seeking to grow East and West to become one of the top three summer collegiate leagues in the country.  As the league expands, it could move to three divisions.   Read more here.  The Kokomo (IN) Jackrabbits and Jamestown (NY) Jammers have been added to the line-up for 2015.  We currently have the top four summer collegiate leagues ranked in this order based on number of teams, facilities, and attendance: (1) Northwoods League, (2) Coastal Plain League, (3) West Coast League, and (4) Prospect League.

    Which potential new markets are possible? I’ve always thought the St Joseph Mustangs would be an ok fit for the western division, if they were interested in switching leagues of course..
