FEMA Denies Kokomo’s Ballpark Re-Design Plans

Kokomo Jackrabbits LogoThe Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has rejected Kokomo’s proposal to modify its baseball stadium plans to comply with requirements that the city not build on designated parcels in a flood-prone area of town.  The summer collegiate Kokomo Jackrabbits are scheduled to begin plan in the new ballpark this season.  Read more here.
