Riversharks Name New GM

Camden Riversharks LogoPRESS RELEASE – The Camden Riversharks organization has named Lindsay Rosenberg as the third general manager in franchise history. Rosenberg will assume the GM role effective today and lead the front office staff as the planning process for the 2015 15th anniversary season is underway.

Camden Riversharks Lindsay RosenbergThe 2014 season was Rosenberg’s 6th year with the organization. After beginning her time in Camden in a sales position, she transitioned into the Assistant General Manager role prior to the 2013 season, overseeing all ticket sales, marketing, facility maintenance and game operations for the ‘Sharks. She is the second female GM in Atlantic League history (Kristen Simon, Lancaster ), and the first for Camden.

“Lindsay is highly deserving of this opportunity,” says Riversharks principal owner Frank Boulton. “We are confident she possesses the knowledge and talent to make sure the Camden Riversharks remain successful for many seasons to come.”

Rosenberg, a South Jersey native, earned her bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She majored in sports, entertainment and event management and spent time with TeamOps at Gillette Stadium and Comcast-Spectacor at the Wells Fargo Center before starting her career in Minor League Baseball in 2009.

“I am grateful for the opportunity and would like to thank Frank and the ownership group as I am excited to take on this new role,” Rosenberg said. “As a staff, we look forward to putting on a great show at all 70 home games while continuing to be affordable family entertainment in South Jersey.”
