  1. I don’t understand why they would adopt almost the same color scheme as the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. Is there room in the Southern League for two pink and blue teams? I used to look forward to the MiLB re-branding season but with nobody willing to say no to Bradiose right now, it’s not as much fun.

Out of the six names proposed, Shuckers was my #3. The name is solid, but I think I like the logo rebranding for the summer collegiate Edenton Steamers (Coastal Plain League) better. (Yes, I know we are talking about oysters vs. clams.) The branding is cleaner and more consistent, and the colors are better. Just my two cents.

I forgot all about the steamers…I really love those marks.

And I agree with Brandon, everyone seems to go to Brandiose for their new logos. It used to be fun, but not so much anymore. Everything is looking the same. I wish Studio Simon would get their hands on more jobs. I feel that their work is far superior.

I agree Steve. Studio Simon is the best in the business. Nothing against Brandiose as their work is pretty good. It is just that I am always disappointed when the new logos are announced and it is not from Studio Simon.
