Palm Beach County Approves Spring-Training Deal, But Site Still Needed

Washington Nationals W Houston Astros New LogoPalm Beach County (FL) Commissioners voted 5-2 on Tuesday to approve the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals proposal for a $135 million training facility, if the teams can find a site in the next 90 days and close on the site 90 days thereafter.  Local hotel tax revenue would be used to help pay for the new complex.  Read more here.
