The new owners of the summer collegiate Green Bay Bullfrogs (Northwoods League) are gearing up for the 2014 season, with about $70,000 in offseason upgrades to Joannes Stadium. Improvements include a new main entrance down the left-field line, an open-air concessions building near the third-base side, and the replacement of the chain link fence behind home plate.
