Biloxi Ditches Ballpark Construction Manager, Will Seek Bids for General Contractor

There was a major change on Friday involving the new baseball stadium in Biloxi (MS) being built for the relocating Double-A Huntsville Stars (Southern League).  Convinced it will save time and money, the city council voted in a special session to do away with the construction manager approach and take bids for a general contractor instead.  Read more here.
