Connecticut Tigers New Alternative Logos

“As we move towards our fifth season in Norwich, we felt it was time to take the next step in building the Connecticut Tigers brand. C.T. the Tiger is the face of our franchise, so what better way to further our brand than to bring C.T. to life?” said Tigers Vice President & General Manager Eric Knighton. “These new marks were designed to stay true to the history and tradition associated with the Tigers name, while giving our fans an updated look to compliment our existing logos.”

The logos were created by Brandiose in San Diego. “C.T. the Tiger is one of the first ‘new’ mascots to be re-imagined as a classic character from yesterday. These logos fit right in with the Connecticut Tigers current logos, which feel like they’ve been around for decades,” said Brandiose’s Jason Klein. “Fans will love seeing a tribute to Norwich’s favorite tiger, brought to life in a whole new way.” The Tigers and Brandiose previously worked together to create the 2013 New York-Penn League Celebration logo as well as the Dodd Stadium 20 Seasons logo for the 2014 season.

Merchandise featuring the new logos will be made available in the coming weeks both online at cttigers.com as well as in The Tigers Den Merchandise Store at Dodd Stadium. The Tigers Den Merchandise Store can be accessed Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
