PRESS RELEASE – On Easter Sunday, April 20th, the Jacksonville Suns will unveil their brand new all-yellow alternate uniforms as the suns take on the Pensacola Blue Wahoos at 3:05pm.
The New uniforms were inspired in part by the old Oakland Athletics uniforms from the 1970’s. A yellow cap with black brim bearing a throwback black J will complete this brand new alternate uniform for the 2014 season.

The uniforms were produced by Wilson Sporting goods and will be worn on all Throwback Days at the Baseball Grounds during the 2014 season. Four Throwback Days are currently scheduled for April 20th, May 24th, June 20th and July 20th.
Tickets for all Suns home games are currently on sale through the Suns Box Office at (904) 358-2846, or online at http://www.jaxsuns.com. Tickets are $7.50 for general admission, $10.50 for reserved seating and $13.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Limited sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available. The 2014 season is presented by Everbank, official banking partner of the Jacksonville Suns. The Suns are the Double-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins and a member of the Southern League of Professional Baseball.
