The indy pro St. Paul Saints (American Association) are in the midst of their Tournament of Promotions, where Theme Nights, Giveaways, Between Inning games, and Miscellaneous promotions are doing battle via a March Madness-style bracket and fan voting to determine which promotion will be crowed the all-time champion.
