Parkersburg Readies for Second Phase of Ballpark Study

Frontier League logoParkersburg (WV) Mayor Bob Newell said he expects the second phase of a baseball stadium feasibility study to begin within the next two to three weeks.  The first phase of a study to determine support of an indy pro Frontier League franchise in town was released Monday and showed widespread support for the plan.  Read more here.
