Cubs Lose Radio Guy

Such a sad sad for this Cubs fan. I never thought anyone could replace Ron Santo, but Keith really grew on me, and quite quickly. He was just a down-to-earth, great guy, shared funny stories, had a good sense of humor, and was a great complement to Pat Hughes. I don’t know if Kerry Wood would have the same impact as Keith. I’d prefer someone older and a little more “seasoned”…but who knows, maybe Woody would surprise me.
Kerry “wood” be a great choice for the Cubs. Hate to see Moreland leave, thought he was pretty good.
Word is that Kerry Wood will have the opportunity to replace Moreland, if he wants to take it.
