Colorado Springs Council Secretly Talks Downtown Ballpark

A survey taken by the city of Colorado Springs (CO) to gauge public interest in a downtown baseball stadium for the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox (Pacific Coast League) was the subject of closed-door session at City Hall Monday.  The City Council retreated at 1 p.m. into executive session, under a vague notice of “subject to negotiation.”  Read more here.
